You’ll take the wheel of this perfectly designed, mechanical marvel, after a brief safety check-up from a qualified driving ace. And please feel free to call him Ace, he’ll make you aware if that is ok or well out of order. Then you’ll try a few laps under tutelage to get yourself used to the power and force of the Audi.
Then it’s out on onto the track for approximately six miles of full throttle Audi R8 driving. Push this supercar to its limits both mechanically and emotionally. Yes, emotionally. Sarcasm, passive aggressiveness, vague promises that you never act on. Don’t worry, this car can take it. And then you’ll be awarded a certificate to prove you were actually there.

What happens on the day?
Hello! And welcome to your Audi R8 driving experience. Excited? Of course you are. Just register and then this nice man will brief you on safety and driving techniques. Then you will be taken to the track for familiarisation laps with an instructor driving (the number of laps varies depending on location - at some locations you will receive one lap), and then onto the main event. There will be… erm… approximately 6 miles of fast and furious driving. Finally you’ll be presented with a certificate at the end of the day to commemorate your incredible experience. Glad to see you remembered that long sleeved shirts, long trousers and soft-soled shoes (trainers) must be worn. Have a lovely day.....Terms & Conditions
This voucher is valid for 10 months. This voucher may be used Sunday – Friday, apart from at Prestwold Hall, Kenilworth and Long Marston where the voucher can only be used Monday-Friday. You may choose to book a Saturday date at any location, subject to availability and a £20/£25 supplemental booking fee (payable to the operator upon booking). Donington is restricted to early briefing times of 8.25am and 9.30am; there will be a £25 upgrade fee for later briefing times or a Saturday date. If you choose Chobham, please be aware that it's only available from March until November. Height and weight restrictions vary depending on location, but as a guide the min. height is 5'2" maximum. height is 6'4” and the max. Weight 18 stone - please check your scales or local weigh bridge and with your chosen location when booking in. All participants need to be 17 or older, except at Three Sisters, Rockingham and Donington where you must be 18 or over and have held a full driving licence for a year or more. Your license must be presented on the day of your experience (photocopies will not be accepted). Spectators are welcome at all locations. The driver will need to sign a disclaimer, accepting liability in the event of the car being damaged as a result of their negligence. Most locations will offer you the option of purchasing a collision damage waiver (CDW). This costs around £25 per vehicle and is completely optional. There's no obligation to buy the optional waiver. Please ask the operator when booking for further details if required. Dates for this experience are subject to availability.
