Being gigantic nerds, we prefer emails to phone calls. That way, you won’t see how flustered and sweaty we get. And, also being nerds, we are online almost constantly. Except when we are crying. We'll usually respond within 24 hours during the working week.

If telephony’s your bag, you can always call our Customer Service Team on 020 8275 5256. They are really taking the ‘team’ thing too far. No one asked them to ride around in a van solving mysteries. You can call them from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
