Many relaxation techniques involve distracting and annoying external stimulation. Sitting on a stupid beach with the idiot sea crashing all over the place. Lying on a greasy board and having someone rub you uncontrollably. Napping? Pah, you make me sick.

Nothing beats the incredible sensation of floating away in a pool of warm Epsom salts. You’ll enter a floatation tank or room and be undisturbed by sight, sound and gravity. You’ll have total control over your environment as you drift silently and unwind.

Each flotation location is lockable and contains shower facilities. The float talk itself doesn’t lock, so you won’t feel like you’re in solitary for icing a snitch on D Wing. You will feel completely secure and totally relaxed. You can even wear some earplugs and so experience almost total sensory deprivation.
