If you’ve always fancied flying, here’s the ultimate way to experience the beautiful English countryside from the air. With this experience you’ll receive four Winch Launch glider lessons and enjoy the view from 1000-1500 feet above ground. See the world from a breath taking angle and learn a brand new skill as your instructor teaches you to manoeuvre and turn your glider. If you get the bug, you’ll be able to take more lessons for a special rate. Up, up and away!

What happens on the day?
This is a great way to learn how to glide as your training will take place in a glider with dual controls. After a briefing and some ground instruction your fully qualified gliding instructor will take you for four lessons. Each lesson will last between five and twenty minutes depending on the weather conditions. This experience includes 90 days’ membership to the Gliding Club, and you can fly again during those 90 days at special prices.Notes
This voucher is valid for 10 months. Flights are only available on weekdays. It is important to book in advance to confirm a mutually convenient time. It is also essential to call on the morning of the flight before setting off to the Gliding Club to ensure that the weather is fine for flying. Maximum height 6 '2. Maximum weight 15 stone. Minimum age 13; those aged 13-18 must be accompanied by an adult. All 4 flights must be taken on the same day.Locations are an indication only and may be subject to change.
