Description
Perfect for beginners, if you’ve never even seen a horse before and are completely oblivious to the whole notion of horses and refuse to accept their existence, you can still enjoy this experience. You’ll be given a full lesson involving everything horsey and then you’re on your way.
First you’ll meet your horse. Let’s call it Phillip. Once you’ve been introduced and patted Phillip a few times, you get on board (or mount) the animal and settle into your horse seat (or saddle). Taking your steering ropes (reins) you’ll soon be maneuvering your new best friend all over the place. A short training session in the arena will show you everything.
Then you’ll head off into the rugged beauty of the New Forest National Park. You’ll marvel at the glorious countryside, the deer, the wild ponies, the leafy dells and dales. Or maybe you’ll be focused on not falling off and won’t notice that stuff at all. But you’ll enjoy it, it’s an amazing way to learn a new skill and see a beautiful part of the country.
Horsey fun for everyone. Whether you’re a complete novice or an Olympic gold-medal winning equestrian, you’ll enjoy this trekking trip through the lovely New Forest.
