Description
Are you mad about madras or bonkers about biryani? Take a lesson at Saffron House and learn how to cook Indian food like the pros. Making curry the authentic way means doing away with those pastes and sauces and learning to balance spices to create your favourite dishes. The lesson covers all kinds of Indian food, even party canapés and desserts. You’ll also pick up tips on marinating food and creating healthier options. Beware: you may never get away with ordering take-away ever again!
What happens on the day?
This experience lasts for half a day and your lesson will be conducted in a small group. The session covers the sampling of herbs and spices and a chance to eat or take away your creations. You’ll also get a complimentary set of measuring spoons to help you cook up a storm in the kitchen. You might want to bring a designated driver as you’ll be able to enjoy unlimited wine and other drinks through your lesson. Yum!....Terms & Conditions
This voucher is valid for 10 months. Pre-booking is essential for this experience. Cookery courses are available on selected dates and run from 10:00am until 1:30pm. Please note that all courses are subject to availability - please enquire upon booking. Light weight clothing is recommended. Sensible, covered shoes with a good grip must be worn at all times. 6 people in a group at one time.
