Ever wondered how that bar of chocolate gets into the Twix wrapper? Where those bumps and nodules come from? And the fondant filling? Find out on this enlightening Mychocolate Workshop where the secret of amazing chocolate creation will be revealed to you in workshop form.

Over three mouth-watering locations (luscious London, mesmerising Manchester and balsamic Brighton) an expert chocolate type will run you through the history of chocolate and introduce you to the processes. It will then be necessary to erase your memory using a beam, just so you don’t pass on the secrets to anyone.

Then you get the chance to create your very own chocolate bar or enormous chocolate button. Plus the intricacies of truffle making will be open to your inspection. As well as this, you will learn the craft of cutting, dipping and decorating a slab of praline. That skill might not crop up every day, but when it does, wow! The look of amazement on the faces of those around you will be worth the price of admission.

Nothing is better than chocolate – except, possibly, learning how to make your on chocolate creations. So dip into this chocolate making experience forthwith!
What happens on the day?
When you turn up, all excited for your chocolate making day, you will be greeted by your Chocolatier, who will show you to the quirky vintage-style kitchen (London location only) or to the hotel room (Manchester and Brighton locations and slightly less quirky) where the workshop will take place. The Chocolate Making Workshop includes the following delicious activities: Introduction to chocolate making. The Chocolatier will explain the history and process of creating chocolate, whilst you sample either cocoa nibs or crushed cocoa beans and a variety of exotic flavoured chocolates. Making truffles: Working in pairs, you’ll learn how to make delicious truffles from raw ingredients, and you’ll soon be laughing (or weeping) as you attempt to pipe your chocolate mixture into truffles. Create your very own chocolate bar or giant chocolate button! The ultimate treat for chocolate fans – create your very own personalised chocolate bar or giant chocolate button! But be careful, it really is giant. You’ll be given a wide selection of ingredients and flavours to use, such as chilli and popping candy to marshmallow and biscuits; so whatever your taste, you’ll be able to create your fantasy flavour complete with personalised wrapper. Please don’t swear on the wrapper. Cutting, dipping and decorating: You’ll learn the art of cutting, dipping and decorating using a slab of praline, bowls of melted chocolate and plenty of decorations – the perfect ingredients for a sumptuous chocolate treat. Create ‘the most innovative chocolate in the world: A fun, creative challenge, you will team up with your chocolate making partner to make some chocolate monstrosity. You will even get to take your creations home with you in ribbon-tied bags, along with the recipes, so there is plenty to share with family and friends when you get home! Or scoff it all yourself.....
