You’ve seen the Monte Carlo grand prix and thought ‘I could drive around and around really fast. I did it in the B&Q car park the other day’. Now’s your chance to prove it, driving a Nissan GT-R supercar around Silverstone.
Yes that Silverstone, the racetrack. Not Silverstone the Alicia. That’s not a racetrack that’s the star of the film Clueless. You could try driving a Nissan GT-R around her, but I don’t think her or her agent would appreciate it.
You’ll be caressing the curves and chicanes of this grand old racing course in one of the world’s top super cars, the Nissan GT-R. 0-60mph in a mere 3.5 seconds. Top speed of 193 MPH. More revs than you can shake a stick at. Horsepower so immense even horses get sad about it. This is an automobile of speed and sleekness.
After a quick chat from a highly trained, well-defined, handsome instructor, you’ll take to your car and be shown what all the knobs do. There’ll be a briefing on circuit driving techniques, so you don’t veering from side to side with your flashers on. Then you’ll take to the circuit and burn rubber on the famous Silverstone track. Three laps in your new Nissan friend and your life will be changed forever.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at super, super Silverstone you’ll be greeted by your experienced instructor, who will give you a 20 minute in-car briefing on circuit driving techniques so pay attention. Once your instructor has told you everything you need to know it’s time for the main event - three laps (approximately 5.7 miles) in a powerful Nissan GT-R. Your experience will end with a 10 minute debrief, to assess how you did driving-wise.Notes
This voucher is valid for 10 months and is for one person. You must book your drive with Silverstone using the information provided when you activate your voucher. Minimum age is 21, and maximum age is 70. All dates are subject to availability and are subject to change. This experience is non-exchangeable and non-refundable after it's been booked. Sadly this isn't suitable for anyone who is pregnant, has a heart condition or suffers from epilepsy. If the weather isn't suitable, your experience will be rebooked. Minimum height 5'2”. Maximum height 6'4”. Maximum weight 16 stone. Participants must have held a full driving licence for a minimum of three years and this MUST be presented on the day (no photocopies). You should wear flat, narrow soled shoes, long sleeved shirt and trousers. The driver will need to sign a disclaimer, accepting liability in the event of the car being damaged as a result of their negligence. You will have the choice of buying a collision damage waiver for an additional charge of approximately £10. There's no obligation to buy the optional waiver.
