Q: Do I have to choose my travel dates when I buy the voucher?
A: No, you don’t have to choose today. The beauty of a Wish.co.uk voucher is that it allows you to pay now and book your hotel visit at a later date. That means you’re free to give the voucher as a gift and let the recipient choose a convenient date, rather than trying to guess when they’ll want to go. Some hotel vouchers also don’t pin you down to a particular location, so you have total flexibility.
Q: Do any hotels accept pets?
A: Yes, some hotels do accept pets, but not all do. We try to keep the information on our website concise, so we don’t always mention specific terms and conditions. If you do need to take a pet with you, just telephone the Wish.co.uk team and let them know which hotel you fancy staying in. They’ll let you know whether your beloved furry friend can come along.
Q: Can I book a longer stay?
A: Most of our hotel breaks are either day passes or overnight stays. You can purchase multiple vouchers for multiple nights in the same hotel if you’d like to, or stay in the hotel attached to a spa for an extra charge. Before you do this, it would be a good idea to call the Wish.co.uk team so we can check availability.
Q: My favourite hotel is booked up on my chosen date. What can I do?
A: Some vouchers allow you to choose between different locations, so you have the option of trying a different hotel in the same area. If you’re still not happy, you can exchange your voucher instantly on the Wish.co.uk website and choose another hotel break or experience. We’d be happy to refund the cost of the voucher as long as you request the refund within seven days of purchase: otherwise we will charge a fee. Please bear this in mind. If your dates are fixed, you may be best off contacting our team before you book so they can check availability for you.
