FAQs

Q: What’s included in a spa day pass?
A: A Wish.co.uk day pass for a spa experience includes the use of all facilities at your chosen spa for the duration of your visit. Treatments (such as manicures and massages) are restricted: you might get one or two, or none at all, but this will be clearly mentioned in the description so you can check before you buy the voucher. Often, you can choose to buy additional treatments when you arrive if you’d like to. For day-long visits, a buffet lunch or light refreshments will normally be provided, but check with the venue before you get there if you’re not sure.
Q: Do I need to bring anything with me?
A: It’s wise to bring loose, comfortable clothing, trainers and a swimming costume, depending on the facilities you plan to use. We don’t charge any hidden extras at all, but you might decide to purchase additional products, refreshments or treatments on the day. Some venues will charge a small hire fee for a robe, so you may want to bring your own, but this is totally up to you.
Q: What’s the minimum age for attendees at a spa?
A: Some venues don’t allow visitors under 16 years of age. If you’re buying a spa day as a treat for a teen, give us a call before you purchase and we’ll tell you if there’s a spa in your area that can accommodate you both.
Q: Can I stay overnight at a spa?
A: Yes (providing there’s a hotel there. You can’t camp out on the pavement). Have a look at our Spa Breaks category for ideas. Overnight stays generally include a hearty breakfast too.
