RIBs are reinforced inflatable boats, and they’re known for their superb safety and high speed. Here’s your chance to take a whistle-stop tour down the Thames in a RIB, with the wind in your hair and the London Eye towering above! Your expert skipper will be used to commanding the boat at speeds of up to 45 knots, and your tour guide will give you a little local history as you zip up and down the river between Embankment pier and Canary Wharf.
What happens on the day?
After a safety briefing you’ll enjoy a 50 minute ride in your RIB with a highly trained and experienced skipper. Don’t worry - all the skippers are very used to the Thames so you’ll be safe (no matter how thrilling the ride!). These RIBs are fitted with a loud PA system so you can hear your guide no matter how fast you’re going. We’ll provide your lifejackets and waterproofs, and you can purchase a souvenir photo at the end of the day if you’d like a memento of your unique London tour.....
