Description
Experience the golden age of aviation in a dual-control Tiger Moth - the classic Royal Air Force aircraft. During your half-hour flight you'll be trusted with the controls, too! (If that doesn't work out so well, you have the option of letting the instructor fly you home again. Don't worry - nobody will ever know it wasn't you). Please note: anyone who does not shout 'Chocks away!' as they take off is officially a spoilsport.
What happens on the day?
After a briefing on the principles of aviation and putting on your flying jacket you'll take to the air with a qualified instructor. All aircrafts have dual controls. The aircraft used at Gloucestershire is actually a Stampe SV4c, but don't worry - it's virtually identical to a Tiger Moth.....
